About the Fair

Furnishings & Design Istanbul is a design event that brings together furniture and its surrounding industries. The event, which will be held on September 19-21, 2024 at Istanbul Expo Center Hall 9 on an area of 5 thousand square meters, allows visitors to meet new, creative and original products related to interiors. With the support of the Federation of Furniture Associations (MOSFED), one of Turkey’s leading professional non-governmental organizations, it is organized by MOS Fuarcılık A.Ş., which belongs to the federation and has previously held many domestic and international fairs.

Jumping Point

Furnishings & Design Istanbul, backed by the strong networks of the Turkish furniture industry, brings together the entire surrounding interior ecosystems in the focus of design. It sets out to create a platform for fruitful and fertile relationships; to facilitate creative encounters; to attract tomorrow’s ideas, good works and resources to Istanbul. Istanbul is a city where creative minds have been designing new forms and new ways of living for millennia, where ideas take root and the original matures and leaps out into the world. FDI invites industry stakeholders and all those interested in design to explore this unique aspect of design in Turkey with designs focusing on different areas from sustainability to innovation. By opening a space for the original, creative and qualified, it prepares the ground for new leaps.
