CATERING

During the fair, participants and visitors can cater food and beverage from Cemile Sultan Korusu and Bulvar Cafe, located in the main foyer of Hall 2-5. Exhibition halls 9-10 can provide their food and beverage needs from Expo Food, located in the main foyer.

In addition, restaurants if needed, they can benefit from additional services such as coffee break organizations, cocktail organizations, staff meals, and open buffet catering.

Also, food and beverage needs can be met through cafes and restaurants located in the "World Trade Center Istanbul Business Center", which is 10 minutes walk from the fairground.

PRESS ROOM

Within the body of IFM (Istanbul Expo Center), there are “2” press rooms with the required infrastructure and facilities, which have been designed considering the needs of the members of the press. There is one press room located in the foyer area of Hall 2-5 and another one in the Hall 9-10. Members of the press can enter the area by showing their press cards.

ORGANIZER ROOM

Within the body of IFM (Istanbul Expo Centre), there are three organizer rooms with the necessary infrastructure and facilities, which have been designed considering the needs of the organizers. Organizer rooms are located two in the foyer area of Hall 2--5, one in Hall 1 and one in Hall 9-10-11.

Please contact the “IFM Exhibitions Marketing Unit” before the fair regarding the usage conditions and conditions of the organizer rooms.

VIP ROOM

IFM (Istanbul Expo Center) has two organizer rooms with the necessary infrastructure and facilities, designed by considering the needs of VIP participants/visitors. VIP rooms are located one in the foyer of Hall 2-5, one in Hall 1 and one in Hall 9-10-11.

AMBULANCE SERVICE

There are “2” blue-lane ambulances that provide service within the body of IFM (Istanbul Expo Center) for emergencies during the fair setup, exhibition and dismantling processes. Ambulances serve as one unit for fair halls 1-8 and one unit for fair halls 9-10-11.
