Prominent figures from the exhibition industry attended the Traditional Iftar Gathering organized by Istanbul Expo Center. The event brought together organizers, sector representatives, and stakeholders to discuss the current state of the industry and future projects. Istanbul Expo Center’s General Manager, Haluk Kanca, shared the center’s upcoming initiatives with participants.

"79 Exhibitions to be Held at Istanbul Expo Center in 2025"

Kanca presented data on 2024 exhibitions and confirmed contracts for 2025, stating: "Since 2022, the number of exhibitions at Istanbul Expo Center has been increasing both in terms of square meters and event count. In 2025, we will host a total of 79 fairs."

Exhibition Management Goes Digital with "Atlas"

Kanca introduced Atlas, a fully digitalized platform for exhibition processes: "Through this platform, organizers can submit applications, track all stages of an exhibition, and even finalize post-event settlements - all within the system."

Four New Halls to Expand Istanbul Expo Center

Kanca announced expansion plans, adding four new halls to the venue: "With two-story halls covering 40,000 sqm, we will increase our total exhibition space from 100,000 sqm to 140,000 sqm, easing scheduling pressures. Permits are secured, and construction will begin soon."
