Carpet & Flooring Expo opens its doors on 5-8 December 2023

The Turkish carpet industry, which accounts for approximately 17 percent of the world's carpet exports, is preparing to meet its visitors at the CFE 2023 - Carpet & Flooring Expo Fair, which will be held for the first time at the Istanbul Expo Center between 5-8 December 2023.

The fair aims to take Turkey, a world brand in carpet, to higher levels. The exports of the Turkish carpet industry, which leads the world, in May 2023 increased by 48.5 percent and reached 234 million 317 thousand dollars.

Turkey, which is the center of carpet production, is also preparing to become the center of carpet trade. CFE 2023 - Carpet & Flooring Expo Fair, which will be held for the first time this year, will be organized in cooperation with Tüyap Fair Organization Group, which has 43 years of knowledge, Istanbul Carpet Exporters Association (İHİB) and Southeastern Anatolia Carpet Exporters Association (GAHİB). It is aimed that the fair will contribute significantly to the commercial goals of our country in the carpet and floor covering sector.

At the fair, handmade carpets and rugs, machine-made carpets, rugs and mats, prayer rug types, textile floor coverings, wall-to-wall, flexible floor coverings, laminate, wood and parquet, natural stone, marble and ceramic tiles, artificial grass and sports floors, fibers, yarns and textiles, textile machinery and accessories, upholstery equipment, cleaning and application technologies will be exhibited.

The fair, which has attracted great interest from all over Turkey and various parts of the world in a very short time, is expected to have a high number of visitors, especially from America, Europe, North Africa and Scandinavia. The countries with the highest demand for participation are Iran, India, Belgium, Germany, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Indonesia.
