The leading brands of the sector showcase their new products at IBAKTECH – International Trade Fair For Bakery, Patisserie Machinery, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technologies. Held biannually, trade fair is regarded as the leading event in its industry for the dynamic Turkish growth market and the entire Eurasia region.

International Ibaktech trade fair that is the second largest exhibition of Europe and the largest in Eurasia will bring together bakery products industry, chocolate-ice cream-candy producers and HORECA industry professionals for the 14th time between April 24 and 27. Hosting over 80 thousand professional visitors from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East in the previous years, IBAKTECH will present its exhibitors opportunities to access new markers while it will continue to play a significant role in investment decisions of industry professionals. It is targeted that the exhibition that is supported by the prominent organizations in Türkiye will achieve a trade volume of 4 billion Euros.

The exhibition that will be organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Fuarcılık will occupy a 30 thousand sqm area in 6 halls. Supported by the Ministry of Trade, KOSGEB, GIDABIL, EKMADER, and Turkish Federation of Bakers, IBAKTECH will host over 300 exhibitors and more than 500 brands from Türkiye, Azerbaijan, China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Lebanon, Slovenia, Syria and Ukraine. Therefore, visitors will be able to contact sectoral professionals from different countries to develop cooperation and trade relations.

The exhibition will bring together all industries such as  bakery – patisserie machinery, dough machinery, bakery – patisserie additives, chocolate and production technologies, ice cream and production technologies, packaging machinery,  decoration materials, bakery equipment, cookers, food and beverage, food and beverage machinery and equipment, conveyer systems and equipment, machine equipment, hotel and café – bar kitchen equipment, refrigerating systems, frozen products, furniture decoration, association, industrial publishing to direct the global food and technologies trade.
