The First Information Meeting for the Istanbul Expo Center Atlas Program Took Place

As Istanbul Expo Center, we held our first information meeting about the Atlas program on February 20th with the participation of fair organizers. This program allows fair organizers and service providers to manage their event processes through a single platform.

During the meeting, details about the use of the Atlas program, which will enable the digitalization of fair processes, were discussed. Participants were provided with comprehensive information on how every stage of the organization process, starting from fair contracts, can be managed through the platform. Key topics emphasized included:

• Creating a Work Schedule: Guidance was provided on how to create a work schedule to help organizers plan their event processes.
• Service Requests: The process of submitting service requests, such as ambulance, technical host, and supervisor services, through the system was explained.
• Digital and Print Advertising Channels: Processes were detailed, allowing organizers to upload advertising content and manage their requests directly through the system.

Additionally, fair organizers learned about the system that enables them to create digital layouts of fair areas on Atlas and directly submit requests for stand needs such as electricity, water, air, and internet through the program. Participants showed great interest in this digital transformation and asked questions about the conveniences the platform will offer.
